Lynn O'Brien Cheer and Dance Camps
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A SUMMER CHEERLEADING AND DANCE CAMP IN KANSAS CITY, LENEXA, LEAWOOD, OLATHE AND SURROUNDING AREAS?
THEN LOOK NO FURTHER!
The Lynn O'Brien Cheer and Dance camps are one week long designed for girls ages 3-12.
Girls will learn one big dance, several cheers and chants and daily "girl talks" about important issues young girls face everyday!
Topics are:
- Eating Healthy
- Being physically fit rather than skinny
- What a good role model is
- Standing up for your beliefs
- Giving to your community and those in need
- The dangers of smoking
- How to talk to your loved ones that do smoke
- Being a good friend
- And so much more!
Girls should wear comfortable clothes, ballet shoes (or no shoes), small snack (no nuts please, and bring their water bottles. **On the first day of camp you will receive an order form for your families tickets to the Kansas City TBones game. These tickets will be at a discounted rate and will have all the girls sitting close to each other so they may cheer throughout the game!
BENEFITS
All campers will receive the following:
Camp T-shirt
Pom-Poms (*bag for individuals attending more than one camp)
Learn a dance and cheers to perform at a Kansas City T-Bones game or other Kansas City Sports event!
Ticket to the game
CAMP FEES
$75 for per camp with a $10 discount per sibling and additional discounts for attending multiple camps & Lynn O'Brien Cheer and Dance Class members.
Camps run from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each day. Session 2 will run from 1:00-3:00 p.m. each day.
A practice performance and award ceremony is the final day of camp at 11 a.m. (or 2:30 p.m. for afternoon session) This performance is open to parents, family and anyone that cannot make the game performance. Every girl receives an award.

Camp One:
June 13th - 17th 9:30-11:30 a.m.
T-Bones performance Friday Night South OVERLAND PARK LOCATION
Camp Two:
June 13th-17th 1:00-3:00 South Overland Park
TBones Performance is Friday Night Overland Park location TBA.
Camp Three: This camp is FULL. Check out the other camps to see what works for you. Camp 4 performs at the same TBones game as camp 3.
June 20th-24th 9:30-11:30 South Overland Park
Overland Park Location to be set. WILL be in south OP or Leawood. Performance at Kansas City T-Bones game Friday the 24thbr/>
Camp Four
June 20th- June 24th 1:00-3:00 p.m. South Overland Park
Camp will be located in Overland Park at Epic indoor sports. Campers will perform at Kansas City T-Bones game on Friday the 24th.
Camp Five:
June 27-July 1st 9:30-11:30 a.m. COR
Church of the Resurrection camp. The girls will dance in a parade in Lenexa, Kansas AND a night performance in Leawood, Kansas on July 4th as well as a TBONES performance on July 3rd. Once this camp is full you can register for a different camp or be put on a waiting list. Please contact Lynn at lynnobriencheer@aol.com with questions.
Camp Six: June 27th-July 1st 12:30-2:30 COR
Located at the Church of the Resurrection. This camp is designed for girls 8 years and older. The girl talk discussion is geared towards girls 8 years and older and the dance moves are faster paced than the morning sessions. All afternoon campers are invited to be "helpers" with the morning session and other camps. They will learn about being a good role model and earn Community service hours. Please contact Lynn if interested in helping lynnobriencheer@aol.com This camp will have all of the same performances as Camp 5. Helpers for camp 5 will learn 2 dance routines and many cheers!
Camp Seven: MINI CAMP $45 NO DANCING only Cheers & Jumps
July 5th- 7th 9:30-11:30a.m. South Overland Park Thurday night performance at the Kansas City T-Bones game. This mini camp is geared towards girls that enjoy cheerleading but not interested in dance. The camp is T, W, and TH.
Camp Eight:
July 11th thru July 15th 9:30-11:30 a.m. T-Bones Cheer and Dance camp
Located at Community America ballpark in KCK Girls will perform Monday the 18th on the field at the T-Bones game!
Camp Eleven: North Overland Park location, Fusion Fitness. July 11th-15th 1:00-3:00p.m. Camp performs at the T-Bones game MONDAY the 18th.
Camp Nine: July 25th thru July 29th 9:30-11:30 A.M. Overland Park
Camp will be located in South Overland Park, Ends in a TBones Performance on Friday the 29th
Camp Ten:
July 25th thru July 29th 1:00-3:00 p.m. Overland Park
Camp will be located in South Overland Park, Ends in a TBones Performance on Friday the 29th

This section is for those girls that are signing up for multiple camps or have taken a camp THIS summer, 2011. The 2nd camp is discounted to 1/2 the price!

COR: United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, Located on 135th & Nall The camp is held in Bible Theatre. When you enter the church you will see a huge stair case (or an elevator under that stair case), go up the stairs and down that hall in the children's ministry wing. Bible theatre is halfway down that hall.
